• all participants are treated with respect. since everyone is super friendly you should feel totally comfortable during the treatment.
• all services rendered for training purposes are complimentary, however gratuity is appreciated. (20% of the regular treatment price)
• all training for waxing/sugaring treatments will be performed in a private room.
• a Shobha® Quality Assurance Team Member will be present during the training treatments as well as the specialist(s)-in-training.
• after the treatment you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire that will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. please answer as truthfully as possible; we highly value your opinion & your response will always help us get one step closer to perfection!
